have a unerground water line 2in and a pump, thats 80ft long, will i be able to blow all the water out of it?

If the line is going straight down, you only need to clear about the first 6 to 7 ft. Below that depth you are into the mean temp. of the ground and it won’t get below freezing if you seal around the pipe to prevent the freezing air from circulating around the pipe and into the hole.
